Our Mission

Protecting Michigan's
Pollinators

The Pollinator Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to pollinator conservation through habitat creation, community education, and hands-on research — based in Columbus, Michigan.

Founded by Ken Meyer, a lifelong beekeeper and naturalist, our work spans community pollinator gardens, free educational materials for schools and families, honey bee hive stewardship, and building awareness about the threats facing Michigan's native bees, butterflies, bats, and hummingbirds.
